LifeEasedDaily was founded in 2020 by Jessica Taylor, a certified fitness instructor and wellness coach with over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry. After years of working in traditional gyms and studios, Jessica noticed a gap in the market for comprehensive, accessible fitness programs designed specifically for women.
What began as a small collection of online workout videos quickly grew into a thriving community of women supporting each other on their fitness journeys. Today, LifeEasedDaily serves thousands of members worldwide, offering a diverse range of programs that address the unique needs and goals of women at every stage of life.
Our name, LifeEasedDaily, reflects our core belief that fitness should ease your life, not complicate it. We're committed to making health and wellness accessible, enjoyable, and sustainable for women everywhere.

Founder & CEO
Jessica is a certified fitness instructor, Pilates teacher, and wellness coach with over 15 years of experience. She founded LifeEasedDaily with the mission of making fitness accessible to women everywhere.
Head of Yoga Programs
Alicia is a 500-hour certified yoga teacher with specializations in vinyasa, yin, and prenatal yoga. She creates inclusive yoga programs that welcome practitioners of all levels.
Head of Fitness Programs
Marcus is a certified personal trainer and strength coach with a passion for creating effective, time-efficient workouts for busy women. He specializes in HIIT and strength training.
Head of Pilates Programs
Sarah is a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor with additional training in pre/postnatal Pilates and Pilates for injury rehabilitation. She creates accessible Pilates programs for all levels.
Nutrition Specialist
Emily is a registered dietitian with a focus on women's health and performance nutrition. She creates the nutrition guides that complement our fitness programs.
